PRICES

Are inclusive of all bed linen, towels (except beach towels), electricity and after cleaning service.

The apartment sleeps 4/6 . There is one double bedded rooms and one twin bedded. All rooms are en-suite. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. FOR PARTIES GREATER THAN 4 ADD £20 PER PERSON PER WEEK TO THE ABOVE PRICES. FOR PARTIES OF LESS THAN 4 DEDUCT £20 PER PERSON PER WEEK EXCEPT IN JULY/AUGUST/ SEPTEMBER/EASTER AND XMAS

BOOKINGS/DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION PROCEDURES .

All bookings should be made through Mr Adrian Forsell (owner) by either contacting telephone number 01858 565410 or 07802 880536(mobile). Bookings can also be made by  email:forsell@aforsell.fsbusiness.co.uk

A deposit of £100 per week secures the booking and is non refundable.  The remaining payment is due 8 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday.

Should cancellation occur after final payment then the total amount payable (less deposit) will be based on the following formula:
