2012 PRICE LIST FOR VILLA FUERTEVENTURA JOROX SPAIN
PRICES ARE PER WEEK SATURDAY TO SATURDAY HOWEVER DIFFERENT START AND END DATES ARE POSSIBLE BY NEGOTIATION WITH THE OWNER.
PRICES ARE BASED ON 8 PEOPLE. FOR PARTIES OF LESS THAN 8 DEDUCT £30 PER PERSON PER WEEK IN ALL MONTHS.
FOR PARTIES OVER 8 PEOPLE UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 10 ADD £30 PER PERSON PER WEEK IN ALL MONTHS.

PRICES
Are inclusive of all bed linen, towels (except beach towels), electricity and after stay cleaning service.
The villa sleeps 8-10 . There are two double bedded rooms and two twin bedded plus a pool reception room with a double sofa bed. All rooms are en-suite.
BOOKINGS/DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION PROCEDURES .
All bookings should be made through Mr Adrian Forsell (owner) by either contacting telephone number 01858 565410 or 07802 880536(mobile). Bookings can also be made by email: forsell@aforsell.fsbusiness.co.uk
A deposit of £100 per week secures the booking. This is non refundable should cancellation occur. A further one of deposit of £150 is also required at the time of booking and is held pending any damages that may occur during the stay. It is returned in full 14 days after the holiday providing there is no damage or loss to the property. The remaining payment is due 8 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday.
Should cancellation occur after final payment then the total amount payable (less deposit) will be based on the following formula:

PETS
Are strictly forbidden in any areas of the property.
