PRICES
Are inclusive of all bed linen, towels (except beach towels), electricity and after cleaning service. The prices are based on 4-6 people. The maximum occupancy of the property is 6.
For parties of 3 in the months of January/February/March/April/October/November/December deduct £30 from the prices listed. For parties of 2 in the months of January/February/
March/April/October/November/December deduct £60 from the prices listed, Easter/ Christmas/Half term weeks are excluded.
Special off season 3/4/5 night breaks are available on request and are priced at 70%/75% and 80% of the respective weekly price but not in July/August/Easter/Whitsun/Xmas and New Year..
BOOKINGS/DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION PROCEDURES .
All bookings should be made through Mr Adrian Forsell (owner) by either contacting telephone number 01858 565410 or 07802 880536(mobile). Bookings can also be made by email:forsell@aforsell.fsbusiness.co.uk
A deposit of £100 per week secures the booking and this is non refundable should cancellation occur. The remaining payment is due 8 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday.
Should cancellation occur after final payment then the total amount payable (less deposit) will be based on the following formula:
